Rupert Moss-Eccardt
First elected in 2001. Other than a brief period as a Chemical Engineering student in Nottingham, Rupert has always lived and worked in and around Cambridge. He has spent many years working in the public and private sectors and is currently providing Information Security consultancy to a telecommunications provider. He was the founding chairperson of the Friends of Histon Road Cemetery and was a governor at Milton Road Infants' until its amalgamation with the Juniors'. He sits on the Fire Authority. In his spare time, Rupert follows motorsport and space development.

He is a school governor, secretary/trustee of a school trust fund, Chairman of the Trustees of the Folk Museum and a member of the Cambridge Philharmonic Society.

David has lived in Histon for 8 years following an international career which has seen him living in the USA, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Switzerland. He is married with two grown-up children. David studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge University and has since then filled several management and director level positions in the oil and gas, chemicals and industrial capital goods industries. He is now an independent business consultant helping small and medium sized industrial companies and not-for profit organizations to run their businesses well. He also lectures at the Cambridge Marketing College.

First elected in 2005. Tim is a retired corporate banker, having worked with Barclays in nine different countries, ranging from Uganda to Canada and The Netherlands. He has a degree in Modern Languages from Oxford. Tim and his wife Shelagh moved to Cambridgeshire in 1989. They have two married children and four grandchildren. Tim was Chairman of Whittlesford Parish Council for seven years until May 2005. He remains on the management board of Whittlesford Memorial Hall.
